Your mission :
As part of the Global Agricultural business of BV we are looking for outstanding candidates and experts to join the Global Agricultural team . Based in one of our major hubs around the world ( Lausanne, Rotterdam, Dubai and Singapore ), this position will report into Global Agricultural Service Line (GSL), in the Commodities and Trade Division (CTD). This is an exciting role to leave your mark in shaping a world of trust and building the Agri industry of tomorrow .
Your responsibilities :
Global Key Account Management of BVs position with selected Global Agricultural cooperations
Ensure fundamental commodity analysis and understanding of market flows
Provide market intelligence specific to the Agricultural market place precision farming, soil sequestration and the process of digitalization
Understanding the biofuels industry and vegetable oil market development
Negotiate framework contracts with large industry leaders
Liaise with Operating Groups Managers to define their needs and actions towards their customers and define what service need to be develop to respond to market needs
Generate, follow up business leads and opportunities in Salesforce CRM
Supporting both Bureau Veritas operations (regionally or globally) and the assigned account in an effort to deliver highest possible level of service
Support market development growth initiatives & develop new revenue streams
Report monthly on account performance against defined KPIs & objectives
Solicit sales at large corporate accounts, overseeing the end to end customer experience, from volume, order entry, pricing, delivery, credit, product quality, etc. while maximizing value to Bureau Veritas.
Achieve annual budget, sales targets and individual KPIs.
Assist in creating and delivering sales forecasts, goals and objectives .
Attend relevant conferences, exhibitions and corporate events.
Develop & manage quarterly account plans, regular reporting on sales activities, achievements, challenges and planned target companies.
Provide leadership, governance and support to the global account related local key account and sales managers in the BV organization around the world
Education in business or agricultural related field (bachelor or equivalent) and/or min. of 5 years of experience related to sales & business development
Min. of 5 years of sector experience, ideally in execution, or trading
Proven track record of growing sales & large and global accounts in agriculture
Strong and reliable network across the industry
Solid understanding of testing, inspection, certification & technical services related to agriculture
Availability and willingness to travel extensively around the world
Strong listening skills
